Friday July 7th fireworks to start roughly around 9pm The annual fireworks festivities kick off at 7PM with music at the park. Fireworks begin after dark. You will need your passes for the pool or you can pay daily admission… but if you don’t want to swim just come to the park for the music and the fireworks show. FREE

Birthday celebration

Sunday July 9th, 12-6 PM

Did you know Bushkill Park is celebrating 115 year Birthday Celebration! Come out  this Sunday! The park will open on July 9 from noon until 6 p.m. with free admission and free parking. Organizers say the day will be filled with fun activities for kids and families, entertainment and even birthday cake. Roller skating will be available from noon to 4 p.m. and the park will host an “All About the Park” game show with prizes from Dorney Park & Wildwater KingdomHershey Park and Knoebels Amusement Park. The park will also be offering hot dogs, burgers, pizza, snow cones and plenty of other treats. Skating is open all weekends regularly on  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Folk Festival!

Plain old family fun is what the Kutztown Folk Festival is all about! Enjoy continuous entertainment on five stages every day, take part in an old-fashioned cake walk, take in some square dancing, catch a comedy show, or enjoy the sounds of our strolling Sauerkraut Band!
The many children’s events at the Kutztown Folk Festival are fun for all ages! The Children’s Farmyard Theater presents puppet shows, sing-alongs, story time, magic, a ventriloquist, and more. Kids can also enjoy craft and play areas, pony rides, and a 19th-century horse-drawn carousel.
