Girl Scout Cookies and Gourmet Foods? Yes, Please! Check Out this Event in the Lehigh Valley This Weekend

What is your favorite Girl Scout cookie? Mine are the Peanut Butter Patties®! I know I can’t wait until I start to see the girls selling the cookies outside many local businesses. On Feb. 26, from 1-3 p.m. at the SteelStacks in Bethlehem, 16 restaurants will serve up delicious dishes made with Girl Scout Cookies during the 3rd Annual Girl Scout Cookie Crunch. This is open to the public to sample some creations and vote for their favorite! Kids under 18 years old can also vote for the Kid’s choice award! Adult guests will take home a box of the brand new S’Mores® celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Girl Scout cookie sale!

Leading the list of culinary participants at the Cookie Crunch is 2016 Cookie Crunch winner Cindie Feldman of 29 Cooks Catering + Culinary Center of Macungie, a recent winner of the Food Network’s “Cooks vs. Cons.”
